DNAgency LLC — A2P 10DLC Campaign Consent Flow — Last updated August 10, 2026
DNAgency LLC provides AI-powered call answering and appointment booking services for local service businesses. When a consumer calls a business served by our platform, an automated voice assistant answers, helps the caller schedule an appointment, and — with the caller's explicit verbal permission — sends transactional text messages about that appointment.
SMS consent is collected verbally during inbound phone calls initiated by the consumer. This page documents the complete consent experience for carrier and compliance review.
Every call follows this scripted flow. The consent exchange below is reproduced word-for-word from the production agent script (receptionist prompt v2.1.0).
| Step | Speaker | Exchange |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Agent (AI disclosure) | "Thanks for calling [Business Name], this is [Agent Name], an automated assistant — how can I help you today?" |
| 2 | Caller | Requests an appointment or service. |
| 3 | Agent | Asks for the best mobile number to attach to the appointment, and reads it back to confirm. |
| 4 | Agent (consent question) | "I'll text you a confirmation of your appointment and a reminder before your visit — is that okay?" |
| 5 | If the caller agrees | Consent is recorded. The caller receives only transactional messages about their own request: the appointment confirmation, reminders, and rescheduling notices. |
| 6 | If the caller declines | The booking proceeds normally and no text messages are ever sent to that number. |
All calls are recorded and transcribed. Each consent exchange is therefore documented with a timestamped transcript retained with the booking record. Consent status is stored per phone number and checked before every message send.
Message frequency varies with the consumer's own appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Consumers can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Opt-out is honored automatically and immediately at the carrier level, and the number is additionally suppressed at our application layer so no further messages are sent from our systems.
Consumers can reply HELP at any time for assistance.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third parties except as necessary to deliver the messages themselves (our messaging service providers) or as required by law.
