DNAgency LLC ("we," "us") — Last updated: August 7, 2026
This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website, our AI-powered call answering and appointment booking services, or communicate with us by phone, SMS, or email.
Contact information you provide: name, phone number, email address, and business details when you request a demo, purchase our services, or book an appointment.
Call data: when you call a phone number operated by our service, calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide answering, booking, and follow-up services. Where required by law, recording is disclosed at the start of the call.
Appointment and account data: bookings, service requests, preferences, and account settings.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
Technical data: standard website logs and analytics.
We use this information to provide and improve our services: answering calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, sending service-related notifications, processing payments, providing customer support, and maintaining the security and reliability of our systems.
By providing your mobile number during a call, on our website, or in your account settings, you consent to receive text messages related to your request — such as appointment confirmations, reminders, demonstration samples you requested, and service notifications. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messages themselves (our messaging service providers) or as required by law.
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate our services (telephony, messaging delivery, payment processing, email delivery, and cloud hosting), with the business you contacted or booked with (so they can fulfill your appointment), and as required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We retain call records, transcripts, and account data for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, and we protect it using industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.
You may opt out of text messages (reply STOP), unsubscribe from emails (link in each message), or contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy; the current version will always be posted at this page with its effective date.
